Temporary solution

Open Windows Security Settings:
Click on the Start menu and select

Access Virus & Threat Protection:
Click on

Manage Settings:
Under the
Virus & threat protection settings, selectManage settings
Turn Off Real-time Protection:
Toggle off
Real-time protection. Note that Windows Defender will automatically turn itself back on after a short while.
